Joining a lottery pool does not guarantee a prize or winnings. Lottery outcomes are determined by official drawing results. Looty Pool does not promise profits, returns, or specific financial results.

You are responsible for determining whether you are legally allowed to participate in lottery-related activity in your jurisdiction and for meeting applicable age and eligibility requirements. See our Age Requirement page for more information.

Looty Pool does not sell lottery tickets directly on this website. Ticket purchasing and pool participation occur through the mobile app and related processes subject to pool rules and applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use Looty Pool for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Looty Pool and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of winnings, data, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior twelve months, if any, or the minimum amount permitted by law.
