Looty Pool is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Looty Pool account. Date of birth is collected during account registration to help confirm age eligibility.

Users under 18 are not permitted to create a Looty Pool account or participate in lottery pool activity through the app.
