• Date of birth or age-related information collected during app registration to help confirm eligibility
• Profile image if you choose to upload one in the mobile app
• Lottery pool participation data, such as pools you joined, draw dates, pool numbers, membership status, and related activity stored with your account
• Messages and information you send through our contact or support forms
• Basic technical information, such as device type, app version, and log or error data that helps us operate and improve the service

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your Looty Pool account
• Provide lottery pool features and account-related services
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests

Looty Pool uses Google Firebase for authentication and to store certain account and lottery pool data in Firestore. Firebase processes information according to Google's terms and privacy practices.

We may also use other service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing through app stores, analytics, crash reporting, or customer support. These providers process information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.

Purchases, subscriptions, or in-app transactions completed through the Apple App Store or other payment processors are handled by those platforms. We may receive transaction-related information needed to verify purchases, provide access, or support your account, but we do not store full payment card details on our website.

We may use analytics, diagnostic, or error-reporting tools to understand how the service performs and to fix problems. This may include technical logs, crash data, or usage information associated with your device or account in a limited way.

If you contact us through the website, email, or support channels, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and keep a record of the communication when appropriate.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal or business requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Some records may be kept longer when required by law or when tied to completed lottery pool activity, transactions, or security investigations.

You may request deletion of your Looty Pool account. See our Delete Account page for instructions. Some information may be retained as described on that page or when we are required to keep it.
