Delete Account
You can request deletion of your Looty Pool account. This page explains how to submit a request and what may happen to your data.

How to request deletion
To request account deletion, contact Looty Pool support at support@lootypool.com or use our Contact Us page.
Please include the email address associated with your Looty Pool account so we can locate and verify your request. We may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership before processing deletion.
What may be deleted
When your deletion request is approved, we may remove or disable:
- Your Looty Pool account and profile information
- Your ability to sign in to the Looty Pool app and website
- Optional profile image or avatar data associated with your account
- Other personal profile fields stored with your user record
What may be retained
Some information may be kept after an account is deleted when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or operational reasons. This may include:
- Transaction, purchase, or subscription records
- Security, audit, or fraud-prevention logs
- Lottery pool records tied to completed or settled pools in which you participated
- Support correspondence related to your request or account
Retained information is used only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
Before you delete
Account deletion is generally permanent. If you only need to update profile details, you may be able to do so in the Looty Pool mobile app. If you have active pool activity or unresolved support issues, contact us before requesting deletion.
